The One-Acre-One-Farm (1A1F) program is a pioneering Agriculture Farming as a Service initiative by Cure Technologies. Our mission is to bridge the gap between technical and vocational training and real-world job demands — fostering a new wave of innovation and employability among Africa's young people.
This project creates a dynamic ecosystem where youth develop practical skills, engage in real-world problem-solving, and launch careers in farming — starting with a single, productive one-acre plot. At AgriFAAS, we're not just growing crops — we're cultivating a movement.

Our Journey
Key Milestones
Bator Pilot Farm Launched — Started with 2 acres in Bator, Volta Region. First harvest generated GHS 10,525 in revenue, proving the concept works.
Cure Technologies Incorporated — Company registered in Ghana. Pilot farm revenue grew to GHS 32,800 (+211% year-on-year).
Profitable Farming Proven — Pilot farm reached GHS 63,000 revenue (+92%), with GHS 31,307 net profit. AgriFAAS Farm Manager platform development begins.
The Catalyst — Strategic Pivot — Expanded to 12 acres but drought hit, revenue dropped to GHS 16,800. This wasn't failure; it was the proof that African farmers need irrigation and technology by design. Strategic pause to rebuild the model. AgriFAAS Connect was born.
ALX Partnership & Platform Beta — Signed ALX Ventures / Sand Tech Holdings incubator agreement ($25,000 in-kind services, 5% equity right). AgriFAAS Farm Manager platform beta launched. 1A1F programme designed. Investor model finalized.
Traction & Tsiame Launch Hub — 38 agribusinesses (89 users) onboarded on the platform. TRL 6 confirmed. FAO Innovate Africa Challenge participant. Tsiame Farm Hub Phase 1 (20 acres, solar-irrigated) in development. Regional replication planning underway — Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania pipeline identified.

AgriFAAS Connect is built by a 17-member leadership team spanning Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya — combining decades of experience in agriculture, technology, education, and development. We're not building from a boardroom. We've farmed the land, trained the farmers, and coded the platform.
