Reliable Supply Schedules
Hub production plans are built against contracted volumes. Solar-powered irrigation removes rainfall dependency from the delivery calendar, enabling year-round supply windows rather than single-season availability.
Quality Assurance
Standardised agronomic protocols, farm-gate grading before loading, and documented post-harvest handling. Processing standards agreed and written into the supply contract.
Bulk Volume Aggregation
Volumes aggregated across multiple hub blocks and, as the network grows, across multiple hubs and regions — while retaining lot-level traceability back to individual plots.
Contract Farming Security
Structured forward contracts with defined volumes, grades, delivery windows and penalty protections on both sides. Deposit and pickup terms are set out explicitly so neither party is exposed to informal renegotiation.
Current Production Base
The flagship Tsiame Farm Hub in the Keta Municipality, Volta Region, Ghana is a 100-acre site with 20 acres under active development. Production and agronomic trials cover potatoes, maize, cassava, soybean, chili and ginger, diversified with livestock operations. The supply network already reaches 69 agribusinesses (369 platform users) across the AgriFAAS Connect platform, with a documented expansion pipeline covering Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and The Gambia.
