The Bator Pilot — Three Years of Real Data
Our first farm hub in Bator, Volta Region, started with 2 acres in 2021 and grew to 12 acres by 2024. The pilot generated three years of production data, proved the model works in good years, and — critically — exposed the climate vulnerability that led us to build the irrigation-backed AgriFAAS Connect model.
